Who are you?
Have you ever wondered who you really are???
From the moment we are born the world begins to place labels and expectations on us. And we quickly learn what is acceptable behavior and what is not. As babies and young children we rely solely on the adults in our lives to meet our needs. If one of those adults that we rely on doesn’t accept us exactly as we are, we automatically hide that part of ourselves away and form a belief about who we are. This is based on a survival instinct. If the adults in our lives are the ones that will protect us and provide us with our essential needs then we will do whatever is necessary to maintain that attachment.
We then live the rest of our lives as our Inauthentic Selves.
This causes a split within ourselves and we may find ourselves repeating unhealthy patterns in our lives and in our relationships with others. We keep parts of ourselves hidden away because we believe they are unacceptable to others. We have an overall feeling of dissatisfaction and no matter what we do we remain unfulfilled and disconnected. We feel frustrated and can’t understand why we feel so stuck in our lives.
Your Subconscious Mind holds all the answers.
All those beliefs you adopted as a child and all the expectations about who you thought you needed to be in order to be loved never left you. They have been stored in your subconscious mind and dictating every action, word and behavior of your life up to this point. The good. news is, through hypnotherapy you will be able to access those beliefs and understand where they came from. With that awareness you will then be empowered to release those false beliefs and create new, more empowering beliefs. And once you do this - you change your life!
